Enrolment, transfer, withdrawal

It is advisable, for those who intend to transfer to another university, to check with the university of destination the deadlines and admission procedures.

The transfer request can be submitted from mid-July to October of each academic year.

Before submitting the application, the student is required to regularise any previous debt positions.

To make the request official it is necessary to:

  1. Request information and forms via iCatt "Request information"
     
  2. Wait to receive the following in your email inbox:
    • copy of transfer application
    • copy of the list of exams taken
    • MAV bulletin for the payment of the Secretarial Fees (issue of the leave slip) amounting to € 60
       
  3. Forward:
  4. Send the original transfer application and its attachments by registered mail with recorded delivery.

In the case of a request to transfer to another university submitted after 31 October, it is necessary to deliver the original authorisation issued by the university of destination to the Student Services Centre of the campus of reference.

It is also necessary to pay additional secretarial fees, proportional to the time required to submit the application, as indicated in the Contribution Regulations.
