La tessera ateneo+ viene consegnata al perfezionamento della procedura di immatricolazione per i nuovi studenti. Ai fini del rilascio è necessario caricare tutta la documentazione richiesta all’interno del Portale di iscrizione ai corsi.

When will I receive my ateneo+ card?
New students enrolling on a degree programme will be issued with an ateneo+ card when they have completed the process of enrolment. Required documentation must also be uploaded to the enrolment portal.

Un qualsiasi documento di identità in corso di validità (Carta di identità, Passaporto, ecc.) e codice fiscale o tessera regionale sanitaria. L’attivazione può essere fatta contestualmente al ritiro della tessera oppure successivamente, in qualsiasi momento, recandosi presso una filiale della Banca Popolare di Sondrio.

What documents do I need to activate the card?
You will need to present a valid ID document (ID card, passport, etc.) and either your Italian tax number document issued by the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) or your Italian health insurance card which also shows your tax number. You can activate your card either at the moment you are issued with it or at a later time at any branch of the Banca Popolare di Sondrio.

Do I have to pay an annual administrative fee? Do I have to pay a fee for my card to be issued or activated?
No, you don’t have to pay any charges. There are no activation or issuance fees.

• presso qualunque filiale della Banca Popolare di Sondrio;
• presso tutti gli Sportelli Bancomat aderenti al circuito QuiMultiBanca;
• mediante il servizio SCRIGNOInternet Banking della Banca Popolare di Sondrio;
• presso tutte le ricevitorie SISAL, in contanti;
• presso qualsiasi altro istituto di credito mediante bonifico bancario utilizzando le coordinate IBAN associate alla Carta stessa.

How do I load credit onto the card?

• at any Banca Popolare di Sondrio branch;
• at any ATM machine connected to the QuiMultiBanca network;
• via the Banca Popolare di Sondrio’s online service, SCRIGNOInternet Banking;
• at all SISAL payment points, in cash;
• at banks other than Banca Popolare di Sondrio, with a bank transfer using the IBAN number associated with the card.

Dopo aver attivato la carta e aver effettuato almeno una prima ricarica, potrai:

• pagare beni e servizi negli esercizi convenzionati in Italia e all'estero (sia in modalità tradizionale, sia con l'innovativa tecnologia Contactless) anche per acquisti rapidi senza l’inserimento del codice PIN fino a €25,00.
• acquistare online su siti abilitati.
• ricaricare il cellulare e domiciliare bollette/utenze.
• pagare tasse universitarie e MAV.
• prelevare denaro contante in tutto il mondo presso gli sportelli automatici contrassegnati dal marchio “Circuito MASTERCARD”.
• prelevare presso le Filiali della Banca Popolare di Sondrio, senza applicazione di commissioni bancarie.

How do I use my ateneo+ card?
When you have activated your card and put funds on it, you will be able to:

• pay for goods and services in Italy and abroad where the card is accepted, whether Contactless or not, and with no need to use your PIN for purchases under €25.00;
• make purchases online where sites accept cards;
• recharge your phone and pay utility bills;
• pay tuition and university fees and settle payments of sums due from payment notification slips (‘MAV’);
• withdraw cash worldwide from ATMs that are part of the MASTERCARD circuit;
• withdraw cash at any Banca Popolare di Sondrio branch, with no extra charges or commission.

La tessera ateneo+ è dotata di PIN a protezione delle transazioni e l'innovativo layout, riportante la fotografia del titolare, consente all'esercente l'identificazione dell'utilizzatore.

Is the card safe to use?
The ateneo+ card is PIN protected to ensure secure transactions and the new layout carries your photo to allow for an easy ID check.

Se hai attivato i servizi bancari, devi contattare direttamente la banca per disattivarli, e in particolare:

• se il saldo della carta è pari a 0 (carta attiva, ma con saldo residuo pari a zero) è opportuno “estinguere la carta” contestualmente all’attivazione della nuova carta emessa (duplicato): l'operazione di riattivazione dei servizi non prevede spese.
• se il saldo della carta è superiore a 0, devi bloccare al più presto la carta chiamando il numero verde 800-822056 (+39 02 4540 3768 dall'estero).

Successivamente, con copia della denuncia, devi recarti presso la filiale della banca per ottenere il rimborso del saldo residuo sulla carta smarrita.

Per richiedere il duplicato della tessera ateneo+ devi rivolgerti al Polo studenti della tua Sede e compilare il modulo che ti sarà consegnato in cui riportare:

• nome
• cognome
• matricola
• codice fiscale
• motivo della richiesta (furto/smarrimento/sostituzione per deterioramento/dati errati)

La procedura di consegna del duplicato potrebbe richiedere fino a un massimo di 30 giorni e avrà il costo di 20 euro, come previsto dalla Normativa generale per la determinazione dei contributi universitari.

What do I have to do if I lose my card?
If you have activated the banking function, you will need to contact the bank directly to block the account.

• If your card is active and there is no money on it, it will be cancelled when you activate a new duplicate card. There is no charge for activating a duplicate card.
• If you have money on your card, you must block it as soon as possible by calling the local toll free number, 800-822056, or by calling +39 02 4540 3768 if you are outside Italy.

After blocking your card, you must submit a request for a refund of the balance of funds on your card by submitting a police report of the loss/theft to a branch of the bank.

If you need to replace your ateneo+ card, you can apply at Student Services. You will need to submit a form with the following information:

• given name
• family name
• student number
• tax number
• reason for the request of replacement (theft/loss/replacement for damage/incorrect data)

It will take up to 30 days to receive your replacement card, and there is a replacement fee of €20 (as set out in the General Rules regarding tuition and university fees).
