The programme offers students enrolled in the first year of their Master’s Degree at Cattolica the possibility of obtaining a Double Degree:

  • Master of Science in Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore
  • Master of Commerce University of Western Australia

The programme covers two years of study, starting from February 2024:

  • Term 1, 5 and 6 will be undertaken at Università Cattolica
  • Term 2, 3 and 4 (Feb-June and July-Nov) at the University of Western Australia

  • Successful completion of mid-term session with a minimum weighted average of 24/30;
  • 90/110 final evaluation undergraduate level;
  • A valid TOEFL with a score of at least 82 (min 22 in Writing, 20 in Speaking and Listening, 18 in Reading) or a valid IELTS with a score of at least 6.5 (no band less than 6.0), passed no more than 2 years before the closing date of this call.

To obtain a Master of Commerce at the University of Western Australia, students must complete the program of exams set out in the agreement:

Semester 1 at UWA Feb-June

  • Introduction to Global Business

1 Optional Unit (8 CFU)

  • Data Analysis & Decision Making

4 Units (32 CFU)

Semester 2 at UWA Jul-Nov

Please note that all students taking part in the Degree Programme are required, in accordance with Università Cattolica’s regulations, to take the Theology exams present in their course plan.

The fee for the Master’s programme at the University of Western Australia for the academic year 2023/24 is AUD$44,200. This cost may be subject to change for the next academic year, based on UWA internal financial adjustments, check here the updated cost.

In accordance with Cattolica and UWA agreement, 2 students can access the programme on an exchange base, without paying any academic tuition fee. 

Two scholarships of €1,000 are available for Cattolica students (not the exchange ones).

Cattolica International will be able to release the rankings only when the results of the winter session will be officially registered.

In addition to the above, The University of Western Australia is offering scholarships to high-achieving students across the globe. Only fee-paying Double degree students are eligible for the Global Excellence Scholarships (for the $12,000 AUD and $10,000 AUD bands only): read more here.

Upon official acceptance from UWA, all students will have to pay a programme fee of €950 to Cattolica International. This fee will include administrative and application fees and the student safety package and insurance.

All students will be responsible for all costs associated to their time abroad: travel, room and board, UWA registration fees, cost of academic material, health insurance and visa issuance fees.

Selected students must also be officially enrolled at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore for the entirety of their time at UWA, respecting all university deadlines set for fees, study plans, graduation scheduling requests etc.

All students participating in an official Cattolica International programme must accept the “Student Safety Package” provisions by downloading the “Safety Check Students” app for the geolocation and instant messaging features to be used exclusively in the event of an emergency. The “Student Safety Package” also includes health insurance coverage for the entire duration of the programme.
