The programme offers students enrolled in the first year of their Master’s Degree at Cattolica the possibility of obtaining a Double Degree:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Banking and Finance (B&F) / Economia dei Mercati e degli Intermediari Finanziari (EMIF) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore
  • Master of Science in Finance / Corporate Finance or Banking and International Finance from  Bayes Business School (City St George, University of London)

The programme covers two years of study of the Laurea Magistrale, the first year at Università Cattolica and the second year at Bayes Business School. Departures are scheduled in September 2026 for the academic year 2026/2027.

  • Students must be enrolled in the first year of the Laurea Magistrale in Banking and Finance (B&F) / Economia dei Mercati e degli Intermediari Finanziari (EMIF)
  • Bachelor’s degree qualification of minimum 105/110 
  • A GPA of 27/30 is highly recommended 
  • IELTS Academic: overall score of 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in any section. It can be taken in person or online
  • TOEFL iBT: overall score of 90 with a minimum of 19 in Listening, 22 in Speaking, 20 in Reading and 19 in Writing. Scores must be achieved within a single test, not MyBest scores. It can be taken in person or online 
  • PTE Academic (only in person): the required score is an overall of 62 with with no less than 60 in any section 

English certifications should be passed no more than two years from the closing date of this programme

In order to obtain a Master of Science at Bayes Business School students must complete the programme following exams set out in the Study plan.

The final thesis will be prepared and discussed both at Bayes and at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore upon return at home university, in accordance with the rules set by the Faculty Board.

Please note that all students taking part in the Degree programme are required, in accordance with Cattolica regulations, to take the Theology exams present in their course plan. 

The full tuition fee for all Masters at Bayes is £35,000Cattolica students will benefit from a discounted tuition of £24,000 (students will be asked to pay a deposit of £2,000 at the time of offer acceptance to secure the place). This cost may be subject to change for the next academic year, based on Bayes internal financial adjustments. 

A non-refundable application fee of 35€ is required to apply for the programme.

Upon official acceptance from Bayes, all students will have to pay a non-refundable programme fee of €950 to Cattolica International. This fee will include administrative and application fees and the student safety package and insurance. 

Cattolica International will award scholarships of €1,500 to eligible candidates, while funds are available. 

All students will be responsible for the costs of their stay abroad (travel, room and board, registration fees, costs of academic material, health insurance and visa issuance fees). 

Selected students must also be officially enrolled at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore during their time abroad (keeping to university set deadlines for fees, study plans, graduation scheduling requests etc). 

All students participating in an official Cattolica International programme must accept the “Student Safety Package” provisions by downloading the “Safety Check Students” app for the geolocation and instant messaging features to be used exclusively in the event of an emergency.

The “Student Safety Package” also includes health insurance coverage for the entire duration of the programme.
