The AFEPA Programme is offered by a consortium of 4 European partner universities (the University of Bonn, Germany, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala, Sweden, the Université Catholique de Louvain, Louvain-la-neuve, Belgium, and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Cremona, Italy). Participating students spend one year each at two of the European partner universities, obtaining a double degree by the two Universities the students attend.
Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Faculty of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences gives participants of the Master of Science in Agricultural and Food Economics the opportunity to undertake the second year of their course at one of the host universities of the AFEPA Consortium.
Students will receive Laurea Magistrale from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and one of the following degrees at the end of the Programme:
- Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Agricultural and Food Economics from the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms Universitaet Bonn (Bonn, Germany), or
- Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics (with a major in Economics) from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (Uppsala, Sweden), or
- Master’s in Agriculture and Bio-industries from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Louvain, Belgium).
The mobility will take place throughout the second year of the Laurea Magistrale.
Departures are scheduled in Summer 2024 for the academic year 2024/2025.
