Undergraduate Degree Programmes

To select/change your study plan you must have renewed your enrolment for the a.y. 2023/24 by paying the first instalment of the annual tuition and university fees.

Students must submit their study plan according to the instructions provided in the Faculty Guide through their personal iCatt page.

It is necessary to specify your curriculum, if required by your degree programme.

This information will enable compulsory courses to be automatically entered in your study plan to make compilation easier.

Students whose study plan requires optional courses to be included must submit their study plan by the set deadline.

ATTENTION

It is possible to contact the virtual desk of the Student Service REMOTELY upon BOOKING, through your personal iCatt page> Segreteria on line > Appuntamenti allo sportello (iCatt Page > On-line secretariat > Desk appointments). Students who have problems in filling in their study plan and need support/assistance or personalised advice may contact us.

Students who wish to enter supernumerary courses or exceptions or want to anticipate courses, after submitting and confirming their online study plan, must:

- send a copy of the receipt printout with the courses they intend to add for subsequent approval by the Faculty to the e-mail address:

In the email subject line, please write Student number - Surname First name

ATTENTION

Students waiting for enrolment must submit their study plan within 15 days after the completion of enrolment.

Students enrolled as a result of transfer from another university, transfer from another degree programme within Università Cattolica, second degree, or resumption of career and all those who request changes to their study plan other than those envisaged by the Faculties, after submitting their study plan, will be able to visualise their study plan on their iCatt page only after its approval.

Please print your study plan and keep the printout as a receipt.

It is important that you submit your study plan by the set deadline.

For any delays within 7 days after the deadline, the study plan may still be submitted, but you will be required to pay a late fee of € 100.

In the event of a longer delay, a study plan will  be automatically  registered on your behalf and you won’t be able to modify it.

Graduate Degree Programmes

In order to choose/change your degree curriculum, you must have renewed your enrolment for the academic year 2023/24 with the payment of the first instalment.

All students are required to submit their degree curriculum in accordance with the Faculty Guide via their iCatt personal page.

It is necessary to indicate the curriculum/profile, if provided for in the degree programme.

Compulsory subjects will be automatically added to the degree curriculum to make it easier for all students to complete them, with the exception of students who are awaiting a resolution and students who have enrolled in a degree programme following a resolution (transfer, second degree and resumption of career).

Students whose curriculum provides for the inclusion of electives must submit their degree curriculum by the deadline.

PLEASE NOTE

It is possible to REMOTELY contact the virtual counter of the Student Services Centre by RESERVATION through the iCatt personal page > Segreteria on line > Appointments.

Students who are experiencing difficulties in compiling their degree curriculum and need support/assistance or would like personalised advice can contact the desk.

Students wishing to enter supernumerary courses, advances or exceptions, after submitting and confirming their degree curriculum online, must:

send a copy of the printout of the receipt with the courses they intend to add for subsequent approval by the Faculty to the mailbox:

In the subject line of your email, please include your matriculation number, surname, first name and degree programme

 

PLEASE NOTE

Students awaiting enrolment will submit their degree curriculum within 15 days of the date of completion of their enrolment.

Students enrolled following transfer from another university, transfer, second degree, resumption of career and all those who request changes to their degree curriculum other than those provided for by the Faculties, after submitting their degree curriculum, must wait for its approval before being able to view it on their iCatt page.
