Tutorial

In order to be able to present your final examination topic, you must comply with the submission deadline: at least 6 months before the session.

In order to obtain approval of the topic, it is necessary to contact the professor. The topic must then be entered on the iCatt personal page (Online registrar > Final examination) by the deadline indicated in the "Graduate/Specialistica and Four-Year Degree Programme Calls" section of this page.

Please refer to the Faculty Guide for further details on the final examination.

In order to apply for admission to the final examination, you must comply with:

  • submission deadline: at least 45 days before the session. Details in the calendar
  • curricular requirements:
    • graduate degree programmes: no more than 30 ECTS credits in debt (the 'Theology' course, final examination and internship are not included in the count);
    • specialistica degree programmes: no more than 20 ECTS credits in debt (the 'Theology' course, final examination and internship are not included in the count).

To apply for admission to the final examination, students must:

  • fill in the application for graduation on your iCatt personal page (Online Registrar > Final examination section) and forwarding to the professor approval of the application;
  • obtain approval by the referring professor;
  • pay the graduation fee with Pago PA;
  • submit the application.

The .pdf file of the dissertation must be sent to the professor via the iCatt personal page (Online registrar > Final examination > Submit final dissertation). The professor may request a hard copy if necessary.

The dissertation must be submitted via the iCatt personal page no later than 15 days before the start date of the proclamation sessions (see calendar).

Undergraduate students who fail to graduate in the call for which they have applied for admission to the final examination must notify through the personal iCatt page (Online registrar - Final Examination - Graduation Application - by clicking the "Revocation" button).

For a subsequent graduation session, a new application for admission to the final examination must be submitted with a €16 stamp duty and a receipt of payment of the Undergraduate Contribution.

Graduating students will receive the convocation exclusively via their iCatt personal page approximately 10 days before the scheduled graduation date (Online registrar > Final Examination section).
