Undergraduate Degree Programmes

The submission of the study plan is allowed only:

  • to the student who has obtained the enrolment status. The status can be verified by accessing the Course Enrolment Portal;
  • to the student who has renewed enrolment for the current academic year 2024/2025 by paying the first instalment.

Study plan submission
Follow the indications contained in the Faculty guide, through the personal iCatt page (path: Online secretariat >> Degree curriculum).
It is advisable to print the study plan and keep the printout as a receipt.

Modifying the degree curiculum submitted
Once the degree curriculum has been confirmed, it will be possible to request its customisation by means of the “Study Plan Customisation Proposal” function available in iCatt (path: Online secretariat >> Degree curriculum).
The form to be used can be found at the following link.
Please note that only one request may be submitted.
If the proposed changes are accepted, they will be visible directly in the degree curriculum. Otherwise, the Student Services Centre will contact the student.

Special situations
Students enrolled in the 1st year of the undergraduate degree programme in Mathematics do not have to submit their study plan because it is assigned automatically.
Students enrolled after the end of the presentation period must submit their study plan within 15 days after completion of enrolment.

Delays
Study plans submitted within 7 days after the deadline may still be accepted but you’ll be required to pay a late fee of €100 as provided for in the General Regulations for determining university contributions.

Students not submitting their study plan within the tolerable delay period
If you have not submitted a study plan within 7 days after the deadline, then one will automatically be registered on your behalf which you will not be able to change during the a. y. 2024/2025.
