Undergraduate Degree Programmes

To choose or modify your study plan, you have to renew your enrollment for the academic year 2025/26 by paying the first installment.

  1. Compulsory courses will be automatically added to the study plan to simplify the process for all students, except for those awaiting a Faculty admission decision or those who have enrolled in a degree program after an ammission decision (e.g., transfers, degree program changes, second degrees, or resumption of studies).
  2. Students whose study plan includes elective courses should submit their study plan within the official deadlines.
  3. Students are required to submit their study plan through their personal iCatt page according to Faculty guidelines.
  4. If the degree program includes different curricula, students need to select their choiche from the dropdown menu.
  5. Students may include courses offered in English in their study plan only if they hold a recognized international B2-level language certificate dated within the last two calendar years, or in case they have passed both the "English Language I" exam and the "Business English / English for IELTS" exam (the latter only after passing the SELDA test).
  6. Students wishing to add extra exams, anticipate courses, request for exceptions, or change their curriculum (where allowed), should submit and confirm their Study Plan online. After that, they have to:
    • For extra exams, anticipated courses, or exceptions:
Submit a scanned copy of the Study Plan receipt and write the requested changes via iCatt > Online Registrar > Study Plan > tab "Proposed Customization of Study Plan".
Email subject line must include: Student ID – Name, Surname, Degree Program.
    • For curriculum changes:
Send a request writing both the previous and the new curriculum, and list all courses to be removed and added via iCatt > Online Registrar > Study Plan > tab "Proposed Customization Study Plan".
Email subject line must include: Student ID – Name, Surname, Degree Program.

Students in point 6 have to wait for Faculty approval before their customized study plan becomes visible on their iCatt page.

It is strongly recommended to print a copy of the submitted Study Plan as proof.

For delays within 7 days after the deadline, students can still submit their study plan after the payment of a €100 late fee.

If the delay exceeds this period, a non-editable Study Plan will be assigned automatically.

STUDENTS WHO NEED SUPPORT OR PERSONALIZED ADVICE WHILE SUBMITTING THEIR STUDY PLAN CAN BOOK A REMOTE APPOINTMENT WITH THE STUDENT SERVICES CENTER VIA ICATT > ONLINE REGISTRAR > APPOINTMENTS.

Students enrolled after a transfer from another university, a degree program change, second degree, or resumption of studies

Students who enrolled after a transfer, degree program change, second degree, or resumption of studies can submit their study plan within 15 days after the validation of their enrollment documents submitted through the portal, regardless of the official submission deadlines.

Please note that the study plan will be visible on iCatt only after the Faculty approval.

It is strongly recommended to print a copy of the submitted Study Plan as a receipt.
