This pogramme allows you to:

• access the Summer Session courses within the International Honors Program (IHP)
• select 2 courses for a total of 8 units 
• consult the academic offer of Stanford University.  Note the course list is being updated. The final list will be available in February 2025.

Guide to consultation:

• Check that the days and times of the courses do not overlap (once the list of courses for the Summer Session 2025 is available).
• It is not possible to select courses online.
• It is mandatory to meet any prerequisites (if required by the course/courses).

It is possible to request the recognition of ECTS credits. The request for recognition must be submitted before departure, following the procedure established by your Faculty. Students are encouraged to carefully read the Faculty regulations and related procedures.

For the Brescia campus, the faculties have identified some recommended exams:

• CdL in Gestione dei contenuti digitali per i media, le imprese e i patrimoni culturali
• Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences and Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences - Banking, Finance and Insurance Sciences

Students are encouraged, once the Stanford course list is updated, to check whether the courses will also take place in the summer of 2025.

Check the list of language certificates and scores accepted by Stanford University. 

NOTE: Certificates obtained from May 2023 onwards will be accepted.

If you do not hold any of the specified certificates, you can take the Cattolica International internal English test.

• Select a test date and book your test when you are applying online. You should select the first date that fits your calendar so that you are sure to take the test before places run out. 
• The test takes place in online mode, and you can book it directly during the application process. You will receive an email with the Zoom link by the day before the test date.
• The test can only be taken once. 
• If you have already taken the Cattolica International internal test for other programmes abroad and obtained a result valid for this programme, you can use that result without needing take the test again. You must have taken the test no earlier than May 2023 and if you use a previous test result you must specify the test date in your online application. 

If you are on a Cattolica degree programme delivered entirely in English, you can upload enrolment self-certification and use it to apply for this programme. 

• The self-certification document can be downloaded from your iCatt page: Online register - Self-certification - Iscrizione con piano di studi.
• A B2.2 level score will be automatically applied when creating the ranking for the award of scholarships.

The programme includes accommodation on campus, usually in a double room. The accommodation will be assigned by Stanford University. The accommodation includes: a bed, desk, wardrobe, and access to the laundry.

There may be changes to the cost of the programme, which Stanford University will communicate.

Cattolica is offering 4 scholarships to the value of € 2,500 each.

Notes on scholarships:

• The scholarships are assigned on the basis of academic merit and are paid as reimbursement of expenses related to the programme.
• You do not need to make a separate application for a scholarship: your application is automatically submitted when you apply for the programme. 
• Current students will be prioritised over recent graduates in determining the assignment of scholarships.
   

Students selected for the programme will have to apply for a student visa. 

You can only proceed with the visa application when you have been admitted to the courses. Further information will be provided when applications close.

You will need a valid passport in order to enter the US. If you do not have a valid passport you should apply for one as soon as possible.
