Access to services
To access the Student Services Center you need to make an appointment. 
The appointment is virtual via the MS Teams platform.

If you need support in completing your registration, if you need information for the first steps after enrolment you can make an appoinment:

To access the Yellow Area, Green Area, and Blue Area Student Contributions, you must make an appointment through your personal iCatt page.

The Student Service Centre handles the administrative management of students' careers until graduation. It is the reference structure to turn to for:

  • Tuition and University fees
  • Exams and graduation
  • Degree curriculum
  • Transfers, transfers to another course, interruption and suspension of studies.
  • Certificates.
     

Access to services
To access the Student Services Center you need to take an appointment through your iCatt personal page: Online registrar > Academic Records > Appointments. The appointment can be at the Student Service Center in-person or remotely via the Teams platform.
 

Student Services Center opening hours
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9.00am - 12.30pm
Wednesday, Thursday: 2pm - 4.30pm
Thursday:  9.00am - 12.30pm and 2pm - 4.30pm

This is done by collecting a ticket issued from one of the totems in the via Parmense office. The ticket can be collected from 30 minutes before the counter opens.

The Student Service Centre handles the administrative management of students' careers from enrolment to graduation. It is the reference structure to turn to for:

  • General information about your career
  • Checking and modifying careers (transfers, change of course, interruption of studies, validation, degree curricula, etc.)
  • Registration fees (payments, refunds, etc.)
  • Certificates

You can contact the Student Services Centre by using the Information request function in the Communications for you box on your personal iCatt portal page.

The Student Services Centre also provides services to the public by electronic appointment (Microsoft Teams), except in cases where the person concerned must be present at the counters, again by appointment. The reservation system, indicating the subject of the contact, allows you to reserve a time slot of 15 minutes in which the operator can give specific assistance to specific request.

Students may submit appointment requests via the iCatt portal, taking care to book by 11.59pm two days prior to the appointment date.

Counter hours

  • Mondays and Wednesdays 12 noon - 2pm
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm - 3pm
  • Friday 9.30am - 11.30am

In order to comply with the precautionary measures in place to contain Covid-19 infection, it is necessary to wear a surgical mask and maintain a social distance of at least 1 metre when attending an appointment. It is advisable to limit the number of face-to-face appointments as much as possible, preferring the remote mode via the Microsoft Teams platform.
