Note: selected students can choose which “UCLA Extension courses” to attend so long as they meet the relevant prerequisites. To be a full-time student you have to enrol on a minimum of 12 units. 

You can also apply for access to "UCLA Regular courses” but be aware that competition for classroom access is high because priority is given to domestic UCLA students.


Language and academic requirements

You can also apply without a language certificate if:

  • you have taken the Cattolica International test demonstrating a minimum level of B2
  • you are enrolled on a degree course taught entirely in English

Accommodation

No on-campus accommodation is available during the quarters. Selected students will be given contact details of students who previously undertook the programme so that they can get more information about accommodation. 


Costo del programma

The following costs may vary as they are updated to the current academic year. You can check costs on the UCLA webiste:

  • International Programme Fee: $3.850, to which is added the cost of individual courses, starting from $600 to $1.600 per course. 
  • To complete the application, a $500 non-refundable programme deposit will be required to be paid via the UCLA website.
  • Programme fee: € 500 (non-refundable)

Insurance

All Università Cattolica students will be covered by an insurance policy taken out by the University in collaboration with Axa. However, this policy is not always considered to be sufficient cover by the destination universities, who may require their own insurance package to be taken out. 


Tailored Track LM in Management

The following UCLA exams are pre-approved for students on the Master’s Degree Programme in Management:

  • Business communication (8 CFU): Organizational communication or Cross-cultural communication and management in a global workforce
  • Change management (8 CFU): Managing change in organizations or Organizational change for sustainability
  • Cross cultural management (8 CFU): Cross-cultural communication and management in a global workforce
  • Corporate finance (options, futures, and derivatives) (8 CFU): Alternative investments strategies or Behavioral finance or Managing a loans portfolio
  • Corporate governance and social responsibility (8 CFU): Business ethics
  • Customer-based marketing strategy (8 CFU): Strategic marketing or Digital marketing
  • Entrepreneurship (8 CFU): Building skills as an intrapreneur or Creating a new business or Entrepreneurship and new venture formation or Establishing a successful business
  • HR management (8 CFU): Elements of Human Resources Management or Human Capital Management or International Human Resources Management or Strategic Human Resources Management
  • International business management (8 CFU): International business management
  • International corporate finance (8 CFU): International Finance
  • Project management (8 CFU): Fundamentals of project management or Project management capstone
