For the Fall 2026 session, 25 scholarships of €1,500 are available.

Scholarships will be awarded based on academic merit and provided as a reimbursement. The ranking is determined according to the criteria outlined in the document "Formule Calcolo Punteggio".

Students are automatically considered for a scholarship upon enrolment in the programme; no separate application is required.

During the allocation process, priority will be given to students, followed by recent graduates and Specialising Master’s students.

To support students in developing their academic and professional pathway abroad, we also highlight the opportunities offered by the Istituto Giuseppe Toniolo di Studi Superiori, including the Prestito d’Onore, an initiative designed to facilitate access to high-value study and work experiences, also at international level: read all the information.

The programme includes activation of the Student Safety Package, which provides:

  • insurance coverage valid for the entire duration of the programme abroad
  • access to the Safety App, an application designed to manage emergency situations

Cattolica International offer both in-person and online sessions.

Attending these sessions is a great way to understand which destination best suits your profile. You will also have the opportunity to meet providers and students who have taken part in the programme in previous editions.

Register for an info session

If you are unable to attend any of the scheduled sessions, our office is available to arrange one-to-one appointments. Please email wea@unicatt.it to request an individual appointment.

  1. Visit the Fall 2026 destinations page.

  2. Complete the online application and upload the following required documents:

    • CV in English
    • Cover Letter in English:  remember to specify a destination from the call for applications and indicate your field of interest
    • Passport: not required
    • English certification: not required

  3. To complete your application you will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee of €35 before the application deadline.

After the registration deadline, Cattolica nternational will collect your application and send the documents you uploaded during the application phase (CV and Cover Letter) to the provider you selected based on your chosen destination.

Subsequently, you will be invited by the provider to participate in the initial introductory call, during which you will have the opportunity to verbally convey what you wrote in the Cover Letter. We encourage you to schedule the call as soon as possible so that the provider can begin the placement search.

We advise you to regularly check your Icatt email inbox as well as your personal email to avoid missing important communications from the provider!

Additionally, in the week following the registration deadline, our office will compile the ranking list and allocate the scholarships based on academic merit.

Then, we will schedule an initial and mandatory orientation session together to understand the subsequent steps to be taken!

If this is your first international experience during your current degree programme, you will automatically receive 1 additional CFU (credit) upon your return for international activities.

It is also possible to have the Customised Internship Abroad recognised as a curricular internship.

To verify whether recognition is possible and the specific requirements to be met, you should contact the internship tutor for your Faculty. Names, contact details and office hours are available online: simply visit your degree programme page and click on the section “Activities and Opportunities / Internships and Placements”.

Once the provider has confirmed the name of the host organisation and your role, you should share this information with your tutor. After receiving their approval, you can proceed with activating the internship through the Stage and Placement Portal (STeP), following the activation guidelines
