Study grants are available to the amount of €300 per month, payable for a period of between 1 and 3 months, while funds last.
To be eligible for a grant, the final month of the programme must be of at least 21 days. If the period is of just one month, it must be of at least 21 days.
Study grants:
- will be assigned to all participants who submit the required documentation, while funds last;
- are provided in the form of a reimbursement and therefore proof of expenditure must be uploaded;
- cannot be combined with any other funding provided by the Università Cattolica International Office, nor be applied for your stay abroad through other programmes.
MODALITIES OF FUNDING
1. Scholarship for one month of mobility:
In this case, the scholarship will be disbursed in a single payment upon return and after submitting:
- Documents ‘After Arrival’ (travel ticket)
- Documents ‘After Return’ (photos and mobility experience report + final report, only for the students of the Faculty of Agriculture)
- Expense receipts equal to or exceeding €300.
2. Scholarship for mobility exceeding one month:
In this case, the scholarship will be disbursed in two installments.
- the first 50% of the amount will be paid about a month after departure; on arrival, you must upload travel receipts (plane/train/bus etc.) proving expenses;
- the remaining 50% will be paid upon your return to Italy, only after the submission of a short final report on the activities carried out during your time abroad, photos, and - only for students of the Faculty of Agriculture - a final report (template available in the application). The balance of the payment of the grant will be settled only after you have uploaded digital copies of receipts of expenses to the application portal.
